Chris Raesz, P.C. has been practicing law for more than 20 years in Texas with expertise in many varied civil and criminal trials and appeals. When researching the market, I found that most logos were stale and dated. I wanted to create a mark that conveyed experience and quality, while utilizing some of the more common symbols pertaining to law in a unique way. We’ve all seen the scales of justice, but how could I find a way to make it into something new? Through trial and error, I ultimately landed on using his initials and the angles of the type to make a new interpretation of the scales.

I love how this mark turned out. I had a lot of fun playing around with ways to combine the two pieces. It looks so simple, but it achieves everything we set out to accomplish. It works well in a variety of applications, too.
